Assembly of Dust T-shirt

One of my favorite bands that originated in the northeast US is Assembly of Dust - An american rock band formed in 2002 by Strangefolk frontman Reid Genauer. I’ve been following him and his band for the last 14 years and it was an honor to create something for them.

I spent a lot of time creating the lettering for this piece, with some 3-dimensional parts and red light reflecting off the edges. Above the text is a guitar-amp head warped to the curvy edge of the text. Above the knobs are each of the member’s last names - all of them turned up to “11”, a nod to Spinal Tap. The logo of the amp reads “Face-Melting Folk”, a commonly used genre description for the band.

4-Color Screenprint, available soon on several types of clothing, through the various Assembly of Dust merchandise channels.
